These conversations have increasingly made me aware of the importance of you have to fall in love with something. That something for me eventually led me to writing a book called age is your edge, a practical guide that includes strategies, tools, and real life relatable stories that help mid lifers discover their purpose and develop a positive and resilient mindset.
